The Marram Coaching Philosophy.
We are passionate about developing amazing leadership so that leaders feel compelled to create the optimum conditions for people, teams and their organisations to thrive. We work with people to facilitate them in growing and developing their personal capabilities and achieve a greater sense of personal satisfaction and fulfilment in their work and in their life.
Coaching empowers people to be in the here and now. This helps them in raising awareness and in turn, enables them choose what they change or how they move forward. Working creatively, we explore, experiment and enable shifts in perspective, attitude or behaviour. Our invitation to each client is to be open and curious as they grow their understanding of themselves and how they may impact and influence others.
We believe that as individuals, we are each capable of taking responsibility for our own lives, decisions and choices.
We challenge people to take responsibility for owning and leading their coaching agenda so that we stay true to what is most meaningful and useful for them. By developing a relationship of trust and confidentiality, we hold a safe space for individuals to delve into themes that emerge during the coaching process.
The graceful Marram grasses are a familiar feature of Ireland’s spectacular coastlines. Found in the sand dunes, they provide stability while encouraging you to explore hidden paths.
The real strength of the grass lies below the surface as the roots anchor the dunes against the natural elements. In this way, Marram grasses play a vital role in stabilising and sustaining the dunes and encouraging the colonisation of other plants so that they can thrive.
Coaching the team as a whole focuses on raising performance of individuals and of the collective team.
We develop and facilitate a range of leadership development programmes.
