Her previous career spanned four decades at AIB in a variety of HR, operational and leadership roles. As a business leader, Mairéad developed extensive experience of leading teams through transformational change, through both growth and turnaround cycles. As a senior HR leader, she partnered with business leaders in developing highly engaged and empowered teams, and businesses focused on delivering successful organisational outcomes. Her range of experience enables her bring real value to organisations in the areas of developing leaders at all levels, leading change and transformation, building high performing teams, improving engagement and performance, supporting career development, career transitions and exit support.
This broad experience enables Mairéad to really understand clients’ organisational context and the challenges they experience. In addition to financial services, Mairéad reaches across a range of sectors including retail, manufacturing, the public sector including education, health, defence, and in the Not for Profit sector.
Since establishing her professional coaching practice, Marram Coaching, in 2020, Mairéad provides individual, group and team coaching to organisations in order to create alignment on purpose, unlock potential and raise performance, creating positive outcomes for individuals and their organisations. Her warm and engaging style enables her develop dynamic coaching relationships and the conditions for meaningful learning and growth. Coaching topics include leadership, developing presence, influence and impact, employee engagement, performance management, stakeholder management, team effectiveness and career transitions including stepping up to broader role and responsibilities and women in leadership.
