Our business, organisational and systemic coaching experience enables us relate to your leaders’ challenges and the dynamic forces at play in the organisational system.

Participants enjoy the confidential and independent nature of a one to one professional coaching relationship. A neutral space that enables them to:

We bring a coherent flow to each leaders’ development journey. Coaching impacts meaningfully for individuals in their whole lives, both personally and professionally.

How Individual Coaching works

While we have an established way of working with our clients, we are open to varying our approach in response to your organisation’s needs. Typically, an Individual Coaching Programme would feature the following:

Pre-work

Working with you (or other Coaching Sponsor), we develop our understanding of your organisation’s desired outcomes and shape our approach to suit your organisation’s specific needs.

Meeting the Individual Leader

We meet with the individual leader prior to coaching commencing to explore their goals and expectations, developing a sense of how we’ll work together as coaching partners.

The Coaching Programme

One to One Coaching Sessions are held over a 6-9 month period. There are usually between 4 to 6 sessions. Sessions can be in-person, virtual or a mix of both.

Creating Space

Each individual’s programme allows time and space for experiential learning. Coaching sessions need a confidential setting, free from disruption.

Review

We review progress with the individual regularly.

To set the programme up for success we:

Ensure the focus of the coaching work is attuned with the organisation’s aspiration.
Draw flexibly from a range of effective coaching approaches to best serve the coaching aims.
Regularly review progress.
Observe the European Mentoring & Coaching Council’s professional Code of Ethics.
Attend regular Coaching Supervision to support our professional practice.
